Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Great price, atrocious service time estimates. Pep Boys says they take appointments (which we had for a 9 AM tire purchase and alignment—arrived 8:45 am). Apparently they don’t honor appointments. They said it would be at least 1-1.5 hours—but we did not have the car seen until after we showed up after 2 PM, to find out why we never received a call saying our service was complete. The car was finally outfitted with new tires at 4 pm and an alignment followed—we paid with a 10% discount on the alignment at 5:15 PM. We will not be back.

Sulaiman did an excellent job, he truly works miracles. Pep boys was able to fit us in to their schedule during an emergency.

My son (a midshipman at USNA) had a flat and this Pep Boys location bent over backwards to install 2 new tires for him. I had to purchase the tires at a diff Pep Boys location due to availability but this Annapolis location honored the installation deal. I’m super happy with how this store handled the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this place to all midshipmen.

My experience at PepBoys Annapolis was outstanding! Davion was professional and personable. He took time to answer questions and provide product knowledge. I was able to choose tires and services to meet my needs and the work was done well and in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and quiet and I was provided with updates and alerts when my vehicle service was completed. Quentin finished my transaction the way it started with great customer service and an explanation of the benefits of the new tires I had purchased. Thanks team!

Took my van here here for a patch on this tire, picked it up the very next morning and headed to glen burnie before for a job; when I got there I found out eventually that the tire was flat again. So I then ended up taking the van to Matt’s Auto Tire shop off of ritchie highway which he found that the mechanic’s at pep boy’s patched what they thought was a hole when in reality it wasn’t. Matt got me squared away and ended up finishing the job. All in all i’m not gonna say I wouldn’t recommend coming here because this was just 1 bad experience for me, i’d just say hire someone that would thoroughly do the job right.
